RoofSkin is a flexible Polyurethane (PU) Low Odour Liquid Roofing Solution, ideal for use on new roofing, roofing repairs and roof refurbishment projects.

In a market of many different roofing materials RoofSkin is amongst the simplest and most pleasant of the flat roofing options to work with.

RoofSkin – by being a virtually odourless, solvent free roofing product – is arguably the best roofing material for works around schools, kitchens, hospitals, families, confined spaces and those people with respiratory conditions that would otherwise need to be away from the property. It allows for works to be completed while properties are occupied, reducing delays and inconvenience. Furthermore, it removes the risk of secondary exposure (from solvent going onto uniforms and being transported into homes and offices away from the site).

RoofSkin offers Seamless Roofing and speedy installation – the free-flowing formula allows large areas to be covered within a short period and is the perfect roof covering for areas that require intensive detailing. It is complemented by a range of roofing products and materials to offer a complete flat roofing construction solution.

RoofSkin can also be used, combined with its UV Top Coat and aggregate, to provide a slip-resistant coating for balconies and walkways, making it ideal for use by Roofing Maintenance and Housing Maintenance Teams. It is supplied in a smart two-part “Snap Pack” which extends the shelf-life far beyond that of the typical solvented single pack products.
